COMES THE BLESSINGS

As I was watching a talk about Abraham and Sarah on you tube yesterday, this thought came to my mind, God is not slow to answer our prayers, I believe he answers them immediately, but we may have to wait for the right time, and whilst waiting, we are blessed.

We may not know why we need to wait, but we can be sure there is a good reason, and in the time of waiting, his blessings abound in our hearts as we put our trust in him.

Amongst other things, we learn patience, hope (often against everything that we are being told or see around us), and, if we allow it, understanding and compassion towards others. These are blessings. It may not seem like it at the time, but in the waiting he helps us grow in our physical and spiritual lives.

So, if you are waiting on God, remember;

He does not forget his promises,

His word is true,

He is faithful even when we are not,

He loves us dearly and glows with pride when we believe and trust in him, ( see Job),

He never abandons us.
