EVEN WHEN WE DON'T KNOW IT.

Well, I've been back at work for a couple of weeks and feel like I've lost the plot when it comes to teaching. (I am a teachers assistant). It seems such a long time since I was at work, and the classroom is different due to spacing etc; that it felt a bit alien. I left one day feeling completely useless and was really annoyed with myself! So I prayed and asked God if I was in the right place, and I felt him say, "If I put you somewhere, there is a reason for it." so I am trusting him totally and going back with hope and a sense of peace.

Life is such a jungle of feelings and problems - mostly of our own making - that it can be difficult to 'feel' the right thing. However, we must remember that Jesus knows exactly how we feel. He experienced life as we do, and was tempted in every way we are, but he didn't give up, and neither should we.

Working with an agency means that I am placed in different schools, so I trust that where ever I am placed - My Heavenly Father has a reason for me being there. Whether its to reach a person with the gospel, help a child achieve something, or learn something new for myself, I don't know before I go, sometimes I come away not knowing what I've done, but I believe I have done something he wants me to do.

His word in me is not wasted, but used to the good of myself or someone else. I pray that I am a blessing in some way, to someone every day, and my God will not let me down. (see Psalm 16:5-8).
