Romans 13:8-14 says 'Wake up from your slumber because salvation is nearer now than when we first believed'. And how much closer are we now than when that scripture was written.
Stop trying to dominate. Stop trying to 'rule the world.' And stop trying to be superior to everyone else.
Wake up and recognise that the night is nearly over and the day of Salvation is almost upon us.
'Let us put aside the deeds of darkness and put on the armour* of light. 13 Let us behave decently, as in the daytime, not in carousing and drunkenness, not in sexual immorality and debauchery, not in dissension and jealousy. 14 Rather, clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ, and do not think about how to gratify the desires of the flesh'.
Too many have given up hope thinking Jesus will not return, (see 2 Peter chapter 3- all, especially verse 4), and have given themselves over to wrong thinking and bad behaviour. It's a mistake!
Don't lie around thinking you have plenty of time and sleep or you may find it's upon you and it's too late to change!
