I heard something the other day which made me look up this;
Hebrews 11:5-6
‘By Faith Enoch was taken from this life, so that he did not experience death. “He could not be found, because God had taken him away.” And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.’ The chapter goes on to talk about the faith of those who have gone before.
You cannot talk to a God who you don’t really believe exists, without real faith it is just empty words.
So, seek him, ask him to reveal himself and knock on the door of heaven.
Isaiah 35 is a lovely Psalm of hope in faith. It is about the blessings of those who live in faith. Have a look at it and see what you think.
I also heard a lovely song called ‘You’re still God,’ by Phillipa Hannah. Look it up. It was like a message to me, as I have had a couple of difficult days. It may be for you too.
