ONE FLOCK UNDER ONE SHEPHERD

We are one flock under one shepherd, and as sheep, we must huddle together and support each other in times of stress and difficulties.

At the moment, Christians are fragmented into a variety of different 'churches,' but Jesus says that he is making one flock under one shepherd. (John 10:16).

No -one will get to the Father unless they go through the door/gate, and Jesus is the shepherd and the door. (John 10:7 & 10:9) Just as the shepherds of old. They used to lie across the door of the sheep pen overnight so that nothing could get in to steal/eat the sheep. They would have to get past the shepherd first.

This is our faith. Not that we love him, but that he loves us, and he will save us!

This is how I understand my God.

Read for yourself, see what you think.

Added note:

By huddle together, I don't mean we should break the Covid rules and physically get together, I mean we should connect with each other spiritually and pray for and with each other through texting, facebook, skype/facetiming or other methods of 'distance get-togethers' or internet group prayer days.
